- The Service captain is to always smile and be positive and polite when dealing with customers.
- The Service captain is to consider her or himself as a part host/hostess. The secondary function of the Lobby foreman will be to help seat all customers as they walk into the restaurant.
- The Service captain will greet all customers respectfully and work hard at committing customer names and preferences to memory.
- The Service captain is responsible for receiving and recording advance reservations for dining in English.
- The Service captain is responsible for taking delivery and pick up orders in English(a) All addresses for delivery should be in legible Chinese).
- The Service captain will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of our menu items in both Chinese and English.
- The Service captain will be familiar with our history and culture.
- The Service captain should be aware of upcoming events and should be able to introduce and explain them in both English and Chinese.
- Any complaints concerning food quality, customer service or maintenance that can not be addressed by the Chinese Manager will be addressed by the Service captain.
- The Service captain is responsible for understanding the English content in meetings.
- The Service captain is responsible for passing out flyers.
- Be able to use Chinese and English for daily communication;
- With good health and have positive attitude toward customers .Between the ages of 22-35 years old
- Be willing to comply with the protocol;
- Have excellent communication skills, and can establish good relationships with our customers, to achieve the sales targets;
- One who cares for the company brand, maintaining the company's overall interests and image while respectfully executing all job requirements.
